Rabobank Maastricht was in need of new headquarters. A service center that combines all offerings of financial products for clients, such as corporate finance, investments, saving accounts, mortgages etc. Several regional offices decided to together merge into one new organization.
This architectural, distinctive building with open split-level structure, designed by Architecten aan de Maas, gave aarts & co the unique opportunity to create a new and open working concept. The diversity of working spaces, located at the exterior of the building, ensure a warm, pleasant atmosphere. The ground floor is completely set up for welcoming guests and is equipped with various conference- and meeting rooms.
The powerful cooperation between Architecten aan de Maas for the architectural part and aarts & co for the interior design, led to a beautiful, ageless building, that, thanks to its flexibility, is also completely future proof.
Moreover, in 2010, the building won the Victor De Stuerprijs, the architectural award of the city of Maastricht.
