After building of the Cello Bestuursbureau (Management Office) started, it soon became apparent that the number of office employees wouldn’t fit the building. Enter aarts & co to explore whether other ways of working would make a better use of the available square feet possible.
The switch to an open, flexible working method proved that the building could easily comply with the demands. We even managed to free up some extra spaces for clients to carry out their daily activities, providing the building with a completely different dynamic.
Cello offers care and services to people with disabilities. Over 2.700 employees and 1.000 volunteers assist clients in living, working, daily activities, sleepovers and spare time. Clients can also turn to Cello for ambulant coaching, treatment and advise, care at home or courses.
