To be of even better service to patients and to bring intensive care closer to these patients, Instituut Verbeeten realized a new office, next door to Jeroen Bosch Hospital. This extraordinary location was designed by EGM architects, and is set between the hustle and bustle of hospital and city and the peace and quiet of an environment filled with grasslands and trees. The institute embodies an intermediate step of both worlds: a mansion surrounded by green. Form, scale and a transparent appearance provide this building with its own identity.
Patients and employees were involved in the design. It was also their input that helped create the new building: a building with a Healing Environment, friendly, safe and transparent. A setting where patients and employees alike can feel comfortable.
aarts & co was responsible for the interior design for which a bouquet of flowers inspired the final choices in interior.
